To get a return label from AliExpress, you will need to contact the seller directly through the AliExpress platform. You can do this by going to your order history, finding the specific order for the item you want to return, and then clicking on "Contact Seller" to initiate a conversation. Once you have communicated with the seller and they have agreed to accept the return, they should provide you with a return label or instructions on how to return the item. If the seller does not provide a return label, you can request one from AliExpress customer service. **

It depends on the specific issue you are facing. If you have a general question about AliExpress policies or need assistance with an order that involves multiple sellers, it may be best to contact AliExpress customer service. However, if you have a specific issue with a product or order from a particular seller, it is often more effective to contact the seller directly. They may be able to provide more personalized assistance and resolve the issue more efficiently. **
