The review process for recommending a Niantic Pokéstop can vary in length, but typically it takes several weeks to several months. This is because the review process involves a large number of submissions from players around the world, and Niantic's team of reviewers needs to carefully assess each submission for its suitability as a Pokéstop. Factors such as the location's safety, cultural or historical significance, and accessibility are all taken into consideration during the review process. Niantic uses a variety of methods to detect if someone is using a fake GPS app in Pokémon GO. They may analyze the player's movement patterns to see if they are moving in ways that are not physically possible, or they may use algorithms to detect if the player's location is consistently jumping around. Additionally, Niantic may also monitor for unusual behavior such as rapid movement between distant locations. If a player is found to be using a fake GPS app, Niantic may issue warnings or bans to the account. **
