Teachers are not necessarily considered "superiors" in the traditional sense of the word. While they do hold authority in the classroom and are responsible for guiding and educating their students, they are not inherently superior to their students as individuals. Instead, they are seen as mentors, facilitators, and educators who provide guidance and support to help their students learn and grow. It's important to recognize the value of collaboration and mutual respect between teachers and students, rather than a strict hierarchy of superiority. **

When faced with superiors' stalling tactics, it is important to remain calm and composed. Try to understand the reasons behind their stalling and address any concerns they may have. Communicate openly and assertively about the importance of moving forward and meeting deadlines. If necessary, escalate the issue to higher management or seek support from colleagues to help resolve the situation efficiently. **

Obedience towards superiors is important, but it should be balanced with critical thinking and ethical considerations. It is important to respect and follow the instructions of superiors, but it is also important to speak up if something seems unethical or harmful. Blind obedience can lead to negative consequences, so it is important for individuals to use their judgment and communicate respectfully with their superiors. Ultimately, a person should be obedient to their superiors while also maintaining their integrity and ethical principles. **

Additionally, it is important to be punctual, reliable, and to communicate openly and honestly. Building a positive and professional relationship with our superiors is essential for a successful and harmonious work environment. **

Offer to provide guidance and support, and be proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise. It may also be helpful to seek advice from colleagues or mentors who have experience dealing with similar situations. Ultimately, maintaining a positive and professional attitude can help navigate the challenges of working with clueless superiors. **
